By integrating competencies across its diverse companies, dstgroup operates complementarily, and this induced diversification opens new business entry points for its *core* activity. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on site in accordance with ISO 9001; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (Quality Plans, Procedures, Records); * Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits; * Monitor and control work execution, ensuring compliance with defined requirements; * Identify non-conformities and propose and follow up corrective and preventive actions; * Promote training and awareness activities on quality best practices among on-site teams; * Participate in quality meetings with the Client or supervisory authorities. **Profile** * Higher education degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environment, or related field; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, document management software); * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving; * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety is considered an asset. * Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory); **Required Competencies:** * Ability to adapt easily to high-pressure environments; * Teamwork capability. * Resilience; **Conditions:** * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Continuous training; * Health insurance and other social benefits.
