Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement electronic and automation systems across various ongoing factory projects. Join this team and come discover Nestlé! **WHAT YOU WILL DO …** * Manage projects from planning, progress monitoring and control, resource allocation, coordination with other teams, to ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets; * Design and develop electronic and automation systems, taking into account project needs and requirements; * Integrate different electronic and automation systems, ensuring proper communication and functionality between them; * Conduct testing and validation of electronic and automation systems to ensure they meet performance, quality, and safety requirements; * Identify and resolve technical issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and propose continuous improvements to electronic and automation systems. **ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?** * Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Electricity and Automation, Electronics, or related fields; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electronic and automation projects in an industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of electronics and familiarity with industrial automation systems such as PLCs and SCADA systems; * Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Office tools; * Fluent in English (mandatory); * Leadership and team management skills; * Strong results orientation and problem-solving ability; * Good communication and negotiation skills; * Analytical thinking and critical judgment; * Planning, organizational, and task prioritization abilities; * Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments.
