HR Trainee/Intern

**Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader** ---------------------------------------------------- We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. **Your mission, roles and responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- As an HR Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in various areas of Human Resources. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support and collaborating with the HR team in different processes, such as: * Support in managing HR administrative processes (filing, updating databases, and document control); * Assist in preparing and organizing contracts, amendments, and other legal documents; * Support in recording and monitoring attendance, vacations, and absences; * Collaborate in preparing HR reports and indicators; * Provide support in recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, scheduling interviews, candidate feedback); * Assist in onboarding new employees (preparing documentation, welcome kits, induction sessions); * Support in training management (registrations, attendance tracking, certificates, filing); * Collaborate in internal communication initiatives and corporate events; * Provide assistance to employees with administrative HR\-related queries. **Your profile and competencies to succeed** -------------------------------------------- Candidate Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field (or currently enrolled in the final year of studies); * Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources; * Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail; * Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset; * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **What we can do for you** -------------------------- * At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies. * We are the seventh\-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. * We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast\-changing environment.
