Job Summary: Labialfarma is seeking a Section Head/Production Supervisor to oversee production processes, ensure product quality, and lead the team, reporting directly to the Production Management. Relevant and continuous training Labialfarma seeks to strengthen its Production Management Team at its Mortágua (Felgueira) facility. **POSITION:** Section Head / Production Supervisor (m/f) RESPONSIBILITIES — Join the Production Team, reporting directly to Production Management. — Supervise production processes, ensuring products are manufactured and stored in compliance with established quality parameters. — Carry out production planning and monitor performance indicators within your area. — Evaluate, monitor, and ensure adherence to the production plan, as well as control and assess the manufacturing process. — Actively interact with various departments directly involved in the production process. — Lead and directly manage the team with a proactive attitude and critical vision. — Collaborate in optimizing the production process, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement—particularly through Lean methodology implementation. — Verify product compliance, safeguarding strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). PROFILE — Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Food Industry (preferred). — Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferred), Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. — Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). — Minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar roles. — Proficiency in computer tools (SAP knowledge is an advantage). — Leadership and team management capabilities. — Fluency in English, both spoken and written. — Assertiveness, dynamism, and motivation. — Skill and creativity in proposing effective solutions. — Critical thinking and a proactive attitude. — Conflict management competence, empathy, and flexibility. — Strong organizational sense and analytical skills. — Resilience and ability to respond effectively under stress. — Integrity and strong sense of responsibility. — Immediate availability (preferred).
