RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the guidance and supervision of the mentor, perform the following tasks: Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up); Administrative support for employee management (onboarding, contracts, data updates); Collaboration in training and development management; Support in payroll processing and attendance tracking; Participation in internal projects for organizational improvement and development; General support for activities of the Human Resources Department.
