Administrative Assistant – Finance Department

**Mission** ---------- * Analyze current accounts and identify overdue amounts, proceeding with their collection; * Analyze credit applications and support the commercial department in the customer credit management process; * Monitor collections of overdue accounts; * Support the Finance and Accounting Directorate in obtaining and negotiating credit lines for the business. **Job Description** ----------------------- **Customer, Credit, and Collections Management** * Continuously monitor the customer portfolio, ensuring current account analysis and identification of overdue amounts; * Plan, execute, and monitor collections, maintaining an up-to-date record of actions taken in the ERP system; * Regularly coordinate with the commercial department, supporting decision-making regarding credit, payment terms, and commercial conditions; * Analyze customer credit applications, define and control credit limits according to internal policy; * Assess and qualify new customers regarding credit risk; * Monitor pre-litigation processes and liaise with external entities whenever necessary. **Billing and Administrative Control** * Issue invoices and corrective documents (credit/debit notes), ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements; * Validate correct invoicing of released orders and monitor pending invoicing situations; * Analyze and reconcile customer current accounts; * Organize and maintain the digital billing archive in accordance with applicable legislation; * Support compliance with tax obligations related to the billing process. **Financial Support and Third-Party Relations** * Support matters related to credit control and risk management; * Operational management of the credit insurance policy (consultation, updating of limits, and reporting of relevant situations); * Support financing operations such as bank guarantees, letters of credit, *confirming*, and *factoring*. **Profile** ---------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields; * Professional experience or interest in financial administrative roles, credit control, or commercial department support; * Strong orientation toward customer follow-up and resolution of operational issues; * Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders; * Sense of responsibility, organizational ability, resilience, and adherence to deadlines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and English is considered an advantage.
