We are a solid and growing industrial company focused on operational excellence and innovation in our processes. We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team and strategically and efficiently lead logistics management. Key Responsibilities: - Plan logistics resources according to the company’s sales objectives; - Ensure optimization of inventory and material flows; - Plan deliveries (analyze execution notes, plan routes, prepare loading maps and distribute them across various departments); - Organize international shipments; - Ensure international loading and distribution; - Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes; - Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and cost targets; - Supervise all logistics processes; - Control and monitor vehicle trip effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability; - Control and evaluate deliveries; - Supervise warehouse organization and management; - Ensure planning of vehicle and equipment maintenance; - Lead and develop the logistics team. Required Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics or related field; - Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles (preferably within an industrial environment); - Theoretical and practical knowledge in Logistics; - Strong organizational and leadership skills; - Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management tools; - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; - Proactive mindset and results-oriented.
