The Iberian group Zenith is currently recruiting a **Procurement Director** to lead and develop the group's procurement and supply strategy, ensuring cost optimization, supplier management, and efficient supply across all units. **Role Mission** Define and implement the group's global procurement strategy, ensuring high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and profitability through strategic supplier management and supply chain optimization. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and implement the group's procurement and supply strategy; * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with national and international suppliers; * Identify new sourcing opportunities and develop strategic partnerships; * Ensure efficient supply across all group units; * Monitor and optimize procurement costs, ensuring operational profitability; * Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures; * Supervise stock and inventory management, minimizing waste and stockouts; * Analyze performance indicators and prepare management reports; * Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Expansion departments; * Ensure compliance with company-defined quality and safety standards; * Lead, train, and develop the procurement and supply team; * Support national and international growth and expansion projects of the group. **Desired Profile** * Proven experience in procurement, supply, or supply chain roles; * Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management; * Strong analytical skills and results orientation; * Excellent leadership and team management capabilities; * High degree of organization, planning, and accountability; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and management tools; * Fluency in Portuguese and English; * Experience in the foodservice, hospitality, or grocery retail sectors is an advantage. **We Offer** * Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and responsibilities; * Performance bonuses; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Continuous training and professional development; * Career progression opportunities; * Integration into a solid group with strong national and international expansion; * A dynamic, demanding, and results-oriented work environment.
