Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the design, development, modeling, and optimization of mechanical and structural systems, overseeing all project phases. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams We are recruiting a **Mechanical Engineer** to join our team, focusing on the design, development, modeling, and optimization of mechanical and structural systems, overseeing all project phases—from sizing through validation and implementation. **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory minimum requirement); * Proficiency in CAD software (2D/3D), preferably SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or equivalent; * Knowledge of calculation, sizing, and simulation of mechanical and structural systems; * Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written); * Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, prototyping, and validation of mechanical solutions (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Design, sizing, modeling, and optimization of mechanical and structural systems, including chassis, building and housing structures, and rotating mechanisms; * Performing calculations, simulations, and tests to validate engineering solutions; * Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation; * Supporting production, assembly, and prototype validation; * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in product and solution development and continuous improvement; * Assisting in identifying and implementing technical and process improvements; **Offered Conditions** * Base salary: €1,100 per month; * Meal card; * Hybrid work arrangement; * Project duration: 3 years **Work Location:** Hybrid remote work, with on-site presence at the company’s facilities in **Matosinhos** and **Viana do Castelo**.
