Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to support logistics and distribution activities, performing picking, order preparation, quality and quantity verification, and goods organization. Diverse responsibilities supporting warehouse management IMAN, a multinational Human Resources Management specialist company, is recruiting a Warehouse Operator for a client company in the logistics and distribution sector, located in Maia, to reinforce its team for a seasonal campaign. Industry: Logistics and Distribution Employment Period: Temporary contract from July to October 2026, with immediate start and planned commencement of duties at the beginning of July. Working Hours: Bi-weekly rotating shifts: • 07:00 to 15:40; • 15:30 to 00:10. Responsibilities: • Picking books and other items according to picking lists or computer system instructions; • Preparing, packaging, and boxing orders destined for individual and corporate customers; • Conducting quantitative and qualitative verification of items to ensure order compliance; • Labeling, sorting, and organizing orders; • Receiving, verifying, and storing goods in the warehouse; • Restocking inventory and maintaining organized storage areas; • Supporting dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery; • Adhering to company-defined quality, safety, and productivity standards; • Performing other tasks inherent to the role. Requirements: • Minimum compulsory education level; • Prior warehouse experience (preferred); • Willingness to learn and adapt easily to a dynamic work environment; • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and attendance; • Full availability for overtime and supplementary work, including weekends and holidays, whenever required by operational needs; • Own vehicle or residence near the workplace (preferred, due to working hours); • Immediate availability to commence duties in July. Offer: • Base Salary: €920.00; • Meal Allowance: €6.50/day; • Morning shift bonus; • Pro-rated payment for night hours corresponding to afternoon/night shifts; • Integration into a dynamic and growing team; • Opportunity to gain experience in a benchmark logistics operation.
