A fundamental role in supporting Production and Product Quality Beiriz (Póvoa de Varzim) \| Industry \| Full-time \| On-site **About the company** **EFAFLU**, a 100% Portuguese company with over 80 years of history, specializes in manufacturing pumps, pumping systems, fans, and generators, and is looking to strengthen its team with a **Quality Inspector**. **Scope of work** Integrated on the factory floor, the Quality Inspection team plays a fundamental role in supporting Production. This professional is responsible for monitoring production processes and ensuring that quality standards are met at all stages. Their intervention has a direct impact on Product Quality, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **Main responsibilities / Your day-to-day / Your duties** * Perform and record defined quality inspections on the factory floor, incoming inspection, in-process production control, and finished product control; * Interpret technical drawings; * Operate measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.); * Manage internal non-conformance processes and supplier non-conformances; * Internal control/calibration of measuring equipment. **Candidate profile** * Education: Minimum of 12th grade or equivalent * Dynamic, responsible, and organized profile * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in computer skills / Microsoft Office tools from an end-user perspective **What we offer** * Integration into a solid company with over 80 years in the market; * Technical and collaborative professional environment; * Competitive salary package aligned with experience and demonstrated profile.
