Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Director to ensure the technical execution of construction projects, manage resources, and handle planning. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring efficient allocation and management of human and material resources We aim to strengthen our team by hiring an HVAC Project Director with knowledge of the Portuguese national market for the implementation of HVAC systems. FUNCTION: \- Ensure technical execution of construction works in accordance with diverse project specifications; \- Ensure efficient allocation and management of human and material resources to construction sites; \- Perform economic/financial management of construction projects. PROFILE: \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (not mandatory) COMPETENCIES: \- Knowledge of HVAC systems \- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and deadline adherence; negotiation and communication skills; \- Planning and management of construction projects; \- Stress management; \- Willingness to travel.
