We are not merely looking for someone to execute — we seek someone who thinks, questions, proposes, and actively contributes to the brand’s evolution. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop creative concepts aligned with the brand’s identity and strategy * Create distinctive visual content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns * Ensure consistency and evolution of the visual identity * Conceptualize and develop new products (from concept to final presentation) * Participate in product positioning and launch strategy * Monitor market trends and propose innovative solutions * Strategically collaborate with the team to drive brand growth **Required Profile** * Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field * Proven experience in digital design and branding * Experience or interest in product development * Knowledge of video editing and content creation * Ability to transform strategic ideas into visual solutions and distinctive products * Autonomy in making creative decisions * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite * Organization and deadline management * Proactivity, autonomy, and an innovative mindset * Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field * Experience in concept development and creation of new products * Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail * Growth- and brand-positioning-oriented mindset * Proactivity, autonomy, responsibility, and results focus * Strong teamwork skills **We Offer** * Integration into a growing brand * Direct involvement in creative strategic decisions * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * A genuine opportunity for growth and impact on the brand * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: €1,200.00 – €3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Free parking
