Today, we continue to lead because we have a world\-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end product development programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements * Lead cross\-functional teams, including resource allocation and goal setting * Drive product platform development from marketing requirements through design and full\-scale production * Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver customer\-centric solutions * Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to manage interfunctional teams * Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources * Engage with a global supplier base to deliver reliable and cost\-effective solutions * Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3\+ years of experience, or MBA/Master’s in Engineering or Business with 3\+ years of experience * Strong program and project management expertise * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Solid knowledge of product quality tools and hands\-on experience applying them * Technical understanding of transport refrigeration systems for truck/trailer applications is a strong advantage * Full professional proficiency in English **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
