Your Mission: * Report directly to and support the Regional Maintenance Coordinator and Store Director regarding document management (historical records and requests for preventive and corrective interventions, equipment failures, and equipment-related documentation), as well as folders related to Energy, Audits, and Certifications; * Ensure asset preservation (store and gas station) by planning preventive maintenance and periodic routines according to defined checklists (for equipment and for different facility areas); * Respond to all requested or planned interventions and subsequently register them; * Lead, guide, and motivate the in-store maintenance team under your responsibility, promoting the development of their competencies and integration into the company; * Randomly inspect and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work carried out by external service providers (maintenance contracts); * Conduct periodic evaluations of external service providers; * Support, organize, and prepare for audits and certifications, implementing resulting corrective actions in coordination with the Regional Maintenance Coordinator; * Periodically assess, jointly with the Regional Maintenance Coordinator, the maintenance status of your store against defined standards, acting accordingly and in coordination with the Store Management; * Manage the store’s maintenance operating account; * Act on facilities per instructions from the Regional Maintenance Coordinator, rationalizing energy consumption and complying with established best practices and rules; - Preparation of Purchase Orders (General Expenses, Improvements, and POM – store and gas station); * Manage inventory, tools, and consumables for the maintenance team; * Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality regulations and procedures. What We Expect From You: * Secondary education (12th grade), Technical Professional Course (CTeSP), or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Electrotechnology, or similar fields related to maintenance; * Prior experience in similar roles within retail (preferred), industry, facility services, or other relevant sectors; * Knowledge in electricity, electromechanics, HVAC, and refrigeration systems (preferred); * Operational profile with strong planning and organizational skills; * Competencies in operational team management; * Proficiency in Word and Excel; * Proactivity, dynamism, and a strong sense of responsibility; * Availability for rotating shifts and days off.
