Job Summary: FRICON is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to supervise and optimize maintenance plans, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Our sustained growth strategy over recent years has positioned us today in a solid and expanding market presence. We are now looking to strengthen our operations team with a Maintenance Coordinator. Main Responsibilities: * Operationally supervise the implementation of preventive maintenance plans, as well as corrective maintenance activities for equipment and infrastructure; * Ensure proper work organization, allocation of necessary material and human resources for effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Support the continuous improvement process by promoting identification and implementation of improvement actions; * Monthly monitoring of the team’s standard tasks; * Liaise with suppliers/purchasing departments to request external interventions; * Ensure all team operations comply with established procedures and applicable legal regulations; * Monitor departmental costs and material, equipment, and tool requisitions; * Maintain and update information and records related to machines, equipment, and activities performed within the department; * Onboard new team members or direct reports, provide training, and promote team development and versatility; * Analyze maintenance indicators and propose improvements; * Raise awareness and ensure implementation of internal procedures, particularly in quality, environment, 5S, and occupational health and safety; What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma (12th grade) and a technical maintenance course or equivalent; Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience; Proficiency in English and Spanish.
