Main Responsibilities: \- Analyze and define technical specifications of Products/Projects according to requirements; \- Prepare technical proposals and perform calculation studies; \- Responsible for cost estimation, planning, development, and supervision of structural steel projects; \- Work on improving production processes. Candidate Profile: \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; \- Minimum 2 years of experience; \- Solid knowledge of technical drawing; \- Strong understanding of materials and processes in the metalworking field; \- Proficiency in modeling software (Solidworks; CATIA); \- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard (preferred); \- Interest in welding and painting areas (preferred); \- Initiative spirit and passion for continuous improvement; \- Enthusiasm for challenges, rigor, and a positive attitude toward difficulties; \- English language proficiency (mandatory) and French (preferred); \- Organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility; \- Good interpersonal communication skills; \- Residence in the Esposende area or neighboring municipalities (preferred).
