Opportunity for professional development and career advancement #### **About the Construction Planner (M/F) Role** A solid and growing civil construction company seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a Construction Planner. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze architectural and specialty projects * Prepare, plan, and supervise construction execution * Prepare measurements, quantity take-offs, and measurement certificates * Support material, equipment, and subcontractor management * Coordinate with the Site Management, supervision teams, and other stakeholders * Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements * Identify design inconsistencies and propose solutions * Monitor construction planning and control ### **Requirements** **Desired Profile:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within civil construction * Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, AutoCAD) * Knowledge of measurement and estimation techniques * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills * Team spirit, proactivity, and sense of responsibility * Field experience and interaction with subcontractors * Familiarity with applicable legislation and industry standards ### **Benefits** **Offered:** * Integration into a solid and growing company * Participation in challenging projects * Opportunity for professional development and career advancement * Dynamic and collaborative work environment
