




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Support Technician to diagnose and resolve incidents, implement security policies, and collaborate on workplace modernization. Key Highlights: 1. People Focus, Collaboration, and Commitment are the pillars guiding us on this journey. **Join our team as our new Senior Support Technician!** **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 cloud service incidents and issues; * Implement and maintain compliance, security, and device update policies using MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools, with a focus on Microsoft Intune; * Administer identities and access in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user, group, administrative role, and conditional access policy management; * Create and manage users, Security Groups, Organizational Units, and Security Policies in Active Directory; * Support Exchange Online administration, including mailbox, permissions, distribution group, and retention policy management; * Collaborate on workplace modernization initiatives, including Windows Autopilot and automation of tasks and automated deployments (e.g., PowerShell or Batch scripts); * Promote security best practices and proper usage among users, particularly regarding MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and data protection; **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, Biomedical fields, or related disciplines; * Microsoft certification in Endpoint Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator. * Minimum 1 (one) year of proven experience with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., EasyVista); * Minimum 3 (three) years of proven experience in: * Endpoint management using solutions such as Microsoft Intune or equivalent; * Microsoft 365 management, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and 365 licensing management; * Active Directory or Entra ID. **Important Information:** * Hybrid work model: 3 to 4 days per week onsite at our office in Porto. **Apply for this opportunity via our website! =)** You can find the original job posting at: https://www.itjobs.pt/oferta/509410/tecnico-de-suporte-senior
