We bridge cities, industry, and universities around major product and service development and industrialization programs, based in Portugal, in high-tech sectors such as mobility, aeronautics, and space. **Job Description** We are seeking a multidisciplinary, motivated professional to join CEiiA’s Information Security team, with a focus on SecOps and Network, available to support and address any activity assigned to the team. Candidates must demonstrate solid technical knowledge in areas such as Security Operations, IAM, on-premises and cloud security, and network infrastructure security and management. Candidates must be capable of performing regulatory compliance assessments, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and demonstrating functional proficiency with reference frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA). **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and responding to incidents * Operating and maintaining log detection, monitoring, and analysis systems (SIEM, XDR, EDR). * Monitoring traffic, availability, managing alerts and anomalies. * Coordinating with external MSSPs and responding to security incidents. * Implementing security policies * Defining and applying hardening to systems, services, and devices. * Implementing network access and authentication policies (RADIUS). * Managing IAM (RBAC, MFA, SSO, provisioning). * Maintaining BCP and DRP. * Network infrastructure management * Administration and maintenance of switches, access points, routers, and firewalls (policies, NAT, BGP, segmentation, IDS/IPS). * Managing remote access services (SASE, VPN, SSL, IPSEC, site-to-site). * Defining security architecture (Zero Trust, segmentation). * Ensuring high network availability and performance. * Vulnerability management * Performing regular scans and tests and managing vulnerability management systems. * Remediating vulnerabilities in systems and network devices. * GRC * Actively participating in internal and external audits. * Supporting GRC activities, such as preparing evidence, monitoring controls, policies, and procedures. * Support and documentation * Creating incident response playbooks. * Developing scripts to automate tasks. * Oriented toward recording and documenting tasks and procedures. * Coordinating implementation of changes in production. * Providing advanced technical support and first-line technical guidance. **Qualifications** * Academic background or professional experience aligned with the role * Prior experience in similar roles exceeding 5 years * Strong sense of responsibility * Effective communication with technical and business teams * Ability to lead complex technical projects * Multidisciplinary technical profile * Good command of English * Organized with critical thinking skills, capable of multitasking and effectively setting priorities * Commitment to fostering peer and team learning and support * Technical certifications related to the field will be valued **Additional Information** * Dynamic, multidisciplinary team and positive, relaxed environment; * We facilitate and promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle, integrating work with personal life; * Health insurance coverage for employees; * Partnerships with gyms, nutritionists, and other benefits. * Birthday leave.
