Leadership profile and enthusiasm for on-site work **Store Coordinator (Bakeries) – HEAD OFFICE AND STORES IN PÓVOA DE VARZIM AND VILA DO CONDE** We are looking for a Store Coordinator to supervise and support the operations of our 4 bakeries. **Responsibilities:** * Support and guide store managers in their daily activities; * Ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives; * Supervise customer service standards, quality, and organization; * Assist in team management, scheduling, and problem resolution; * Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience in store management (preferably in food retail); * Leadership and communication skills; * Organizational ability and results-oriented mindset; * Proactive attitude and problem-solving capability; * Availability to travel between stores. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing project; * Autonomy and responsibility in the role; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
