Challenging, dynamic, and collaborative work environment The Casa da Música Foundation is recruiting **an Information Systems Coordinator (m/f/d)** with solid experience in managing technological infrastructures, team leadership, and developing strategic digital solutions, to join the department responsible for information systems and technologies. **Location:** Porto, Portugal **Employment Type:** Full-time | On-site This is a unique opportunity to lead a strategic area of the Casa da Música Foundation, directly contributing to the efficiency, security, and technological innovation underpinning its operations—impacting internal processes and services delivered to both internal and external audiences. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Collaborating in defining and implementing the IT/IS strategy, proposing policies, plans, and solutions aligned with the Casa da Música Foundation’s needs; * Managing and coordinating the Information Systems area, monitoring budgets, service levels, procedures, and outcomes; * Leading and developing the IT/IS team, fostering competencies, strategic alignment, and performance monitoring; * Ensuring maintenance, security, and evolution of information infrastructures, systems, and technologies, providing specialized technical support to all Foundation departments; * Defining and monitoring management, usage, maintenance, and security procedures for information systems, including backup practices and data protection; * Coordinating the communications network and liaising with suppliers, specialized service providers, and external partners; * Proposing and developing innovative technological solutions in cooperation with other Foundation departments; **Required Profile:** * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or equivalent fields; * Specialized training or proven experience of at least 5 years in information systems management, technological infrastructures, and information security; * Leadership and team coordination capabilities; * Strong planning, organizational, and project/resource management skills; * Results-, quality-, and service-efficiency-oriented mindset; * Excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; * Experience in overseeing and managing procurement procedures and contracts; experience in public procurement is advantageous; **What We Value:** * Strategic and systemic vision of the IT/IS domain; * Capacity for innovation and critical thinking; * Flexibility and ability to solve complex problems; **What We Offer:** * Integration into a nationally and internationally renowned cultural institution; * Leadership of a strategic area with significant organizational impact; * Challenging, dynamic, and collaborative work environment; * Contractual conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience. **Join Casa da Música and contribute to the technological excellence supporting our cultural mission!** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Educational Requirements: * Higher education (Mandatory) Experience: * Information systems/infrastructure/security management: 5 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory)
