In this role, you will join a team focused on ensure the maximum availability and performance of equipment and facilities, and contribute to a circular economy model. **The impact of your role** Ensure the effective execution of the customer order management process, guaranteeing on\-time deliveries, transparent communication, and efficient resolution of issues, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, while supporting the company's commercial performance and business results. **Main responsibilities** * Receive and process Portugal Sales team orders according to Sonae Arauco’s commercial policies and procedures; * Coordinate and monitor the clients orders’ production and dispatch, ensuring compliance with the agreed delivery time; * Keep clients informed of the order’s status and estimated delivery date; * Record and follow up client’s commercial complaints, liaising them with the respective teams, and if needed preparing credit notes; * Manage the client order book – quantities and portfolio – and identify alternatives and solutions for the client. **Desired profile** **What you must have:** * Minimum secondary education required * Proactive and results oriented * Excellent communication skills and good problem solving skills * Goals, results and customer\-oriented; * Ability to work in a team environment, as well as to collaborate cross functionally; * Good proficiency in SAP and MS Office **What we consider a nice to have:** * Fluency in English and Spanish **What we offer:** * Integration into a solid, international company. * Culture focused on innovation and sustainability. * Opportunities for personal and professional development. * Continuous training. * Attractive remuneration and benefits policy. **Our way of being** At Sonae Arauco, we value attitudes and behaviours that reflect our organizational culture.
