We extend our technology and business capabilities through a powerful alliance ecosystem of market leaders and innovators to provide our clients the best specialized skills and tailored solutions. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a **Database Administrator (Oracle/SQL).** As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for performing end\-to\-end administration of Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, capacity management, and expansion. **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in enterprise, critical, and high\-availability environments. * Strong hands\-on experience administering **Oracle Database**, **Microsoft SQL Server**, and **PostgreSQL**. * Proven experience with database version upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and complex incident resolution. * Solid knowledge of database architectures, high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies. * Advanced experience with **Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and Enterprise Manager (OEM)**. * Proficiency in SQL for performance analysis, troubleshooting, and query optimization. * Strong knowledge of **Linux, Unix, and Windows Server** operating systems. * Experience automating operational tasks using **scripting languages** (Bash, Cron, PowerShell, Python). * Fluency in Portuguese and advanced technical English (written and spoken). **Responsibilities** * Perform end\-to\-end administration of Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, capacity management, and expansion. * Manage database upgrades, patching, and version migrations across Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments. * Monitor and optimize database performance. * Design, implement, and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. * Administer high\-availability environments using Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and related technologies. * Manage disk storage using ASM and ensure optimal capacity and performance planning. * Operate and maintain Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring alerts, performance, and capacity. * Support server and platform administration activities related to database environments. * Install, configure, and manage Microsoft SQL Server instances and associated tools (e.g., SSMS). * Manage SQL Server and PostgreSQL users, roles, permissions, and security policies at server and database levels. * Use tools such as **pgAdmin** to support visual management and administrative automation. **Nice to Have** * Experience with **Exadata Cloud**, Grid Infrastructure, and Oracle Cloud Control. * Knowledge of advanced Oracle features such as MGW, ACLs, AQ/MQ, and certificate management. * Intermediate to advanced **Spanish** **Additional Information** * **Location:** Lisbon and Porto * **Working Model:** Hybrid
