The primary focus will be managing, advising, and acquiring individual and corporate clients, helping families protect what they value most (Health, Auto, Home, Life) through a close, trustworthy service. Key Responsibilities: Providing insurance customer service, consultation, and advisory sales to individual clients; Proactively identifying new business opportunities and following up on received leads; Analyzing client needs and preparing competitive simulations/proposals; Managing, retaining, and building loyalty among the existing customer portfolio (identifying cross-selling opportunities). Desired Profile: Prior experience in insurance sales or commercial roles (a valued asset); Formal education/certification recognized by ASF (preferred); Excellent communication, empathy, and persuasive skills; Enjoys public interaction and is strongly goal-oriented; Proficiency in standard user-level computer tools; Valid driver’s license (a valued asset).
