This position plays a key role in driving **business development**, **customer experience improvement**, and **operational efficiency**, including the enhancement of control frameworks. The Data Analyst will contribute to the industriali**s**ation of analytical models and support process and journey optimisation through data\-driven insights. This position is Hybrid in Lisbon. ***Note****: All applications/CV’s must be submitted in English.* **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders * Support business decision\-making by delivering reliable, data\-driven insights * Use **Alteryx** for data preparation, blending, analysis, and automation * Collaborate with business and operational teams to support process transformation initiatives * Contribute to improving efficiency, controls, and customer experience within payment and cash management activities **Requirements for the role** * At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis * Strong analytical and statistical capabilities * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as **SQL, Python, R, and Excel** * Experience with data visualisation tools such as **Tableau** and/or **Power BI** * Hands\-on experience with **Alteryx** for data preparation, analysis, and automation * Good understanding of **global banking operations**, particularly **payments and cash management processes** * **Fluent in English** * **Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal** **What we offer at Keyrus Portugal:** * Competitive salary based on your skills \& experience and according to the Data market practice * Meal allowance of €8\.32 per day * Flexible benefits option * Private Medical Insurance * 22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days) * Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) Platform **Why Keyrus?** Joining Keyrus means joining a market leader in the Data Intelligence field and an (inter)national player in Management Consultancy and Digital Experience.
