We are seeking a Multiskilled / Administrative Staff – Store Support (M/F) with immediate availability to join our team. Main Responsibilities Administrative Area In-person and telephone customer and supplier service; Document organization, archiving, and correspondence management; Drafting letters, emails, and other documents; Accounting support: invoicing, supplier/customer management, bank reconciliation, and document classification; Performing external administrative tasks (e.g., government offices, service providers, document deliveries, etc.). Store Support Organizing and supporting operations in the food and general merchandise store; Sales assistance, shelf replenishment, stock arrangement, and inventory control; Support for small-scale marketing and communication activities. General Operational Support Providing support across various departments as daily needs arise. Required Profile Aged between 25 and 50 years; Punctual, responsible, and practical-minded; Professional appearance and strong communication skills; Proven experience in administrative roles; Proficiency in computer use, internet, Word, and Excel; Strong organizational, multitasking, and autonomous working abilities; Immediate availability (mandatory); Residence near Fernão Ferro (public transport options are limited). Offered Conditions Working Hours: Monday to Saturday — 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Remuneration: 1st month: €1,000 net 2nd month: €1,100 net From the 3rd month onward: performance-based salary increase possible Workplace: Fernão Ferro, in front of Lidl.
