This opportunity is for an Designer \| UI/UX to join the geoSystemsBusiness Unit, you will drive the creation and evolution of user interfacesof products for Space, defining the look and the way users will interactwith the software. **Descrição do emprego** What we expect from you? * Must have strong capabilities for learning and applying newtechnologies in innovative and creative ways; * Designing and maintaining scalable UI components and patterns inFigma. * Partnering with developers to ensure seamless implementation oftokens, components, and guidelines. * Critical thinking and deep understanding of modern web developmentpractices; * You must be highly motivated to work in a dynamic team environment,alongside data scientists and software engineers, and have solidcommunication skills. **Qualificações** Qualifications: * Degree or Master's degree in Digital Product Design or related areas; * Capacity to foster a healthy, stimulating work environment thatfrequently harnesses teamwork; Essential: * Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. * Experience creating and maintaining design systems, reusablecomponents, and UI libraries. * Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply todesigning for digital platforms, including web, iOS, and Android. * Understanding users, identifying their needs from evidence, andtranslating these into solutions. Desirable (no excludable): * Portfolio of design projects. * Certifications or training in Product Design, UX/UI Design, DesignThinking, Service Design, UX (usability) or Research. Personal Skills: * Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment; * Structured, self\-organized and collaborative way of working; * Creativity and aptitude for problem\-solving and critical thinking; * Good level of spoken and written English.
