If you seek a collaborative, dynamic, and opportunity-rich environment to surpass yourself, your next challenge may be with us! **Who are we looking for?** Functional Analyst ##### **Main Responsibilities:** Regulatory documentation analysis and study Requirements elicitation Functional analysis: * Collaboration across multiple teams for requirements elicitation and analysis, translating them into functional specifications and solution design; * Conducting analysis, elicitation, and documentation of existing solutions. * Designing solutions that satisfy desired requirements and comply with: * the organization's business rules; * the industry's regulatory rules; * the organization's existing functional architecture rules; * best practices of functional analysis methodology (process architecture, workflow design, logical data model design, interface design (screens, receipts, files), information mapping among stakeholders). Prototyping may be used. * Developing and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Supporting product/client management, support areas, implementation components, and testing/certification activities in clarifying designed solutions. ##### **Mandatory Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis in application development projects; specific knowledge of functional analysis methodologies (interviews, actor identification, methods, interfaces, and systems); * Data modeling knowledge (at logical and conceptual levels); * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Portuguese and English; * Effective meeting facilitation ability; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deliverable deadlines. ##### **Desirable Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * General knowledge of information systems (architecture, organizational design); * Experience with industry-standard tools – Microsoft Office, PowerDesigner, Jira, SQL, COBOL, Confluence; * Experience with industry-standard methodologies – BPMN, UML. ##### **Work Arrangement:** **Hybrid (3 days per week at the Lisbon office).** Submit your application and join us in simplifying the future!
