In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to various business areas, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and technological solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** · Develop and maintain applications, ensuring performance, security, and stability; · Implement and maintain integrations and APIs, ensuring quality, security, and proper documentation; · Participate in technology projects from technical analysis through to production deployment; · Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align solutions with business needs; · Apply software development best practices (CI/CD, testing, documentation) in compliance with Group IT and security policies. **Technical Requirements** · Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; · Minimum 2 years of software development experience; · Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (knowledge of PHP, SQL, JSON, XML is an advantage); · Familiarity with development frameworks and libraries (preferably .NET); · Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and ideally with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis); · Knowledge of version control tools (Git and platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket); · Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices using GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools; · Knowledge of unit, integration, and automated testing (e.g., JUnit, NUnit, or equivalents); · Understanding of software architecture concepts, particularly microservices and REST APIs; · Awareness of application security principles (e.g., OWASP guidelines, authentication and authorization); · Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); · Intermediate knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform, preferably Microsoft Azure; · Ability to clearly and systematically document code and technical solutions. **Additional Preferred Qualifications:** Specialization in BI and Data Analytics, including: * Dimensional modeling (facts and dimensions); * Creation, maintenance, and evolution of semantic models; * Definition and optimization of KPIs, metrics, and business indicators; * Performance tuning of analytical queries and models; * Support, maintenance, and scalability of BI platforms (Power BI, SSAS, SQL Server, Data Warehouses). **Behavioral Competencies:** · Logical and analytical reasoning, with the ability to structure problems and identify effective solutions; · Results orientation, focused on achieving objectives and delivering business value; · Strong teamwork spirit, collaborating with developers, analysts, QA, and other stakeholders; · Strong communication skills, explaining technical solutions clearly and accessibly; · High adaptability and openness to continuous learning of new technologies and methodologies; · Effective time and priority management, ensuring timely delivery; · Creativity and innovation, proposing differentiated technological solutions; · Attention to detail, focusing on code quality, performance, and security. **What We Offer:** · Opportunity to join a solid, industry-leading company in Security Services and Technology; · Continuous training and professional development opportunities; · Permanent employment contract; · Hybrid work arrangement; · Health insurance (after probationary period). *We promote and support a diverse workforce at all levels of the organization.
