




We are looking for a Mid-Level GCP Support Engineer to maintain, analyze incidents, and continuously improve complex cloud environments. The professional will work closely with the client, ensuring stability, performance, and best practices in operations. Responsibilities * Analyze and resolve incidents related to Google Cloud services, especially (not limited to): Compute and Networking, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage (Buckets), CloudSQL, GKE, Certificate Manager, IAM, Artifact/Container Registry. * Perform troubleshooting on infrastructure, networks, and containerized workloads. * Create and maintain IaC pipelines using Terraform, Atlantis, GitHub, and GitHub Actions. * Consume, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes artifacts (manifests, Helm charts). * Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify improvements, optimize costs, and promote best practices. * Update technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks. * Contribute to automations and enhance observability posture (logs, metrics, alerts). * Participate in alternate-week prevention/standby rotations. Technical Requirements * Proven experience with Google Cloud environments. * Proficiency in Terraform, version control (GitHub), and automation tools (GitHub Actions). * Experience with Kubernetes and Helm. * Practical knowledge of networking, load balancing, identity, and cloud security. * Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus. * Experience in writing and understanding clear and concise technical documentation.
