Specialist Software Engineer **Live** **What you will do** **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and enhance Field CRM (Salesforce and Veeva CRM) and field intelligence applications, including dashboards, workflows, and data\-driven features. * Develop front\-end components (React.js or similar) with focus on scalable UI/UX and field user experience. * Build and optimize back\-end services and APIs (Node.js, Python) to support CRM integrations and Databricks\-based data processing. * Work with data teams to support Databricks pipelines, data models, and analytics datasets for field insights. * Implement data models and integration patterns supporting field activity, performance, and customer engagement data. * Develop and integrate APIs across Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Databricks, and enterprise systems. * Apply user\-centered design and design thinking to improve workflows, usability, and adoption. * Support development of AI\-driven capabilities such as insights, recommendations, and workflow automation. * Participate in Agile (SAFe) ceremonies and take ownership of features from design through deployment. * Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices. * Support cloud deployment (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, defects, and integration challenges. * Collaborate with team members to improve engineering practices and delivery outcomes. **Win** **What we expect of you** **Basic Qualifications** Master’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 7 years of experience OR Diploma and 9 to 11 years of experience (in Computer Science, IT, or related field) Functional Skills **Must\-Have** * Strong hands\-on experience in full stack development (Python, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL) * Experience with API development and system integrations * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills **Good\-to\-Have** * Experience with Salesforce and exposure to Veeva CRM * Experience with Databricks, data engineering, or data pipelines * Experience building data\-driven applications or dashboards * Understanding of UI/UX and user\-centered design * Exposure to AI/ML or intelligent application features * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices Objects in your future are closer than they appear.
