How is it with you? **What feels right for you?** But how should a job be, so that **you look forward to it** and can bring out your best self? **Ideal is** what you consider ideal. Today we have **more chances and opportunities** than ever before to achieve professional fulfillment. ***Currently, almost every industry complains about no longer being able to find (skilled) workers.*** Even when we are **dissatisfied**, we are reluctant to leave our **comfort zone**. **Changes** may initially cause **fear**.
