Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; * Registered with the Order of Architects; * Proficient in technical drawing software (AutoCAD); * Knowledge of Revit software is preferred; Responsibilities: * Develop and oversee architecture projects from licensing to execution, ensuring timely delivery; * Coordinate with various disciplines involved in a project, ensuring compliance with current legislation \[RJUE, PDM, SCIE, among others]; * Prepare, submit and follow up on documentation required for legalization and licensing with relevant authorities (suppliers, clients, municipal entities, and other relevant bodies); * Develop construction drawings; * Assist in preparing specifications, detailing, finish schedules and quantity takeoffs; * Create sketches and 3D models for presentation and discussion of proposals with clients; To apply, please send your CV to hr@fo\-engenheiros.com Type of position: Full-time
