My journey began nearly a decade ago, and since then I've explored yoga, meditation, movement, and self-knowledge practices as ways to live with greater authenticity and balance. I have trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga, and I love sharing dynamic practices that combine breath, movement, and presence.
