How do products come about that truly meet users' needs and thereby create value? Often the key lies in product development: \- who we consult, - how we listen and observe, and \- which assumptions we unconsciously bring with us. In this interactive online event, Alide von Bornhaupt will show us how a diverse view of users can uncover opportunities for improvement, why research is not only the task of the UX department, and how small shifts in perspective can have a big impact on development. Together, we will then explore various dimensions of diversity and reflect on our own biases. Afterwards, we will learn a method that can easily be integrated into daily work to develop products for all of our users. **Schedule** **Online event via Zoom** *(We will provide the link in time through Meetup)* Check-in: 6:00 PM Workshop: 6:15 PM - approx. 7:45 PM Networking: 7:45 PM - 9:00 PM **Accessibility** Zoom offers various support options.
