





**Main responsibilities:** \- Technical (mechanical) advice to clients: diagnosis, solution proposal and follow-up. \- Support for the development and improvement of mechanical projects. \- Design and modification of mechanical parts, when necessary, using appropriate machines/tools. \- Production management according to planning (resources, deadlines, quality and continuous improvement). \- Interface between mechanical design and production to ensure technical and operational alignment. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) or proven experience. \- Preferably, knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks) and technical drawing. \- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production methods. \- Experience in production management (valued). \- Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical technical problems. **Behavioral skills:** \- Good communication and ability to interact with clients and team. \- Organization and effective priority management. \- Results-oriented, with attention to quality and meeting deadlines. \- Ability to solve problems under pressure.
