Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** ----------------------------------------- * Lead **data environment discovery**, identifying and analyzing existing databases, structures, volumes, technologies, integrations, and inter-system dependencies. * Assess **data quality, consistency, integrity, security, and governance**, identifying technical and functional risks. * Map end-to-end data flows, including sources, transformations, consumption, and persistence, documenting the **AS IS** state. * Identify opportunities for **standardization, modernization, and evolution of the data architecture**, proposing **TO BE** directions. * Support technical and business teams in defining requirements for future initiatives such as migration, consolidation, lakehouse, BI, or analytics. * Produce technical documentation and executive reports with findings, recommendations, and an evolutionary roadmap. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Proven experience as a **Data Architect** or in engineering/architecture roles with strong focus on databases. * Solid knowledge of **data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical)**. * Practical experience with **relational and non-relational databases** (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar). * Hands-on experience in **data environment discovery, assessment, or diagnostic activities**. * Analytical capability and communication skills to translate technical aspects into business-friendly language. **Preferred Qualifications** ----------------------------- * Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse). * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Familiarity with data governance, LGPD, information security, and metadata management. * Familiarity with data cataloging, profiling, or lineage tools. * Experience in database migration, modernization, or consolidation projects.
