Faulty Brocade ICX6610-48P-E Switch with PoE Issue

For sale: a Brocade ICX6610-48P-E switch, featuring 48 x 1 Gb/s RJ45 ports (plus 1 management port and 1 RS232 console port), 8 x 10 Gb/s SFP+ ports, and 4 x 40 Gb/s QSFP ports. This switch has been upgraded with all licenses, following the excellent guides by fohdeesha; you can find this information on the servethehome forums if you search there. All four 40 Gb/s ports operate normally on the switch—not only for stacking—and all eight SFP+ ports are fully unlocked for 10 Gb/s operation. The firmware installed supports full Layer 3 routing. WARNING: Although this switch is the PoE version, the PoE module shown in the last photo is faulty. When installed in the switch, it continuously powers the ports—even when PoE is disabled in the firmware—and even when PoE is enabled, it always reports no PoE devices connected. We removed the faulty PoE module, and the switch operates at 100% functionality, except—obviously—for PoE capability. The included power supply is the original 1000 W PoE-rated unit. The switch includes one power supply unit and one fan module. The internal PoE management module, as well as the cables shown in the photo, are included with the switch but are not pre-installed.
