





We are seeking a skilled and customer\-focused **Desktop Support Engineer** to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to end\-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices in a corporate environment. **Responsibilities** * Provide first and second\-level technical support to internal users (in\-person, via phone, or remote tools). * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, Office 365, etc.). * Set up new user accounts and workstations. * Maintain asset inventory and ensure proper documentation. * Support VPN, network connectivity, and basic server access issues. * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed. * Follow company IT policies and procedures, including ticketing and security protocols. * Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades as assigned. **Requirements** * Proven experience in a desktop support or technical support role (1–3 years preferred). * Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11\), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong customer service orientation.
