Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace Catari Industria is strengthening its warehouse support team by hiring a **Forklift Operator**. **Role** * Responsible for handling, organizing, and dispatching finished products and goods, ensuring compliance with internal safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Compliance with internal policies \- Ensure self-monitoring of activities, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety standards. * Resource and process management \- Operate equipment and manage processes under one's responsibility. * Interdepartmental collaboration \- Support logistical activities in coordination with other functional areas. * Organization and cleanliness \- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. * Equipment maintenance \- Ensure proper use and upkeep of facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Warehouse organization \- Guarantee correct storage and identification of finished products and goods. * Load preparation \- Prepare loads for dispatch according to picking lists. * Compliance verification \- Confirm identification, packaging, and quantities of materials to be dispatched. * Cargo handling \- Load goods onto trucks and containers according to defined procedures. * Additional tasks \- Perform other logistics-related activities as required. * Training participation \- Attend all training sessions defined by Catari. **Qualifications and Competencies:** * Basic Education: minimum requirement. * Additional Education/Requirements: Forklift operator certification. Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles Work Location: On-site
