Stable and organized work environment **Maintenance Assistant \| Águeda \| Salary commensurate with experienceWHAT WE OFFER** * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience * Integration into a solid and growing company * Initial and continuous training * Stable and organized work environment * Opportunity to join the client's permanent staff **THE ROLE** * Support the maintenance team in executing preventive and corrective interventions * Assist in equipment and facility repair and maintenance * Perform minor mechanical, electrical, and metalworking interventions * Ensure workshop and workplace organization and cleanliness * Support fault identification and resolution * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards **WHAT WE SEEK** * Experience in industrial maintenance (preferred) * Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, or general maintenance * Ability to learn and sense of responsibility * Dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit * Availability for the indicated schedule **LOCATION** Águeda **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Thursday: **08:00 to 18:00** * Friday: **08:00 to 13:00** **Salary to be determined according to demonstrated experience.** **Fast response (within 24 hours).** Work location: On-site
