It is recruiting a dynamic, empathetic, and organized Receptionist for an office in Aveiro, on a full-time basis. Main Responsibilities: - In-person and telephone reception; - Call forwarding, mail handling, and parcel management; - Appointment scheduling and coordination of visits/meetings; - Ensuring excellent presentation and organization of the reception area, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Requirements: - English language proficiency (Mandatory); - Excellent communication skills and passion for customer service; - Strong sense of responsibility and organization; - Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); - Immediate availability.
