Join us in shaping the future of real estate. We are currently looking for a new member for the **Departments \| Recruitment** team to join us in the position of **Technician, Facility Management**. Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia * A college degree in fields such as Engineering, Architecture, or Occupational Health and Safety; or a technical vocational degree in a field relevant to the position; * Previous experience in operational roles involving budget management; * Strong results\-oriented mindset and organizational skills; * Proactive approach to mobilizing and interacting with other people and teams; * Problem\-solving skills and a spirit of initiative; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal rapport, with attention to detail and a customer\-oriented approach; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and commitment to results; * Proficiency in computer tools, with experience in MS Excel as a tool for data analysis, cost control charts, and reporting. * Experience with measurement and design tools will be valued. * Provide operational and administrative support to the Sonae Campus Facility Management team, contributing to the smooth operation of buildings and facilities, incident management, supplier support, and liaison with users. * Participate in the development and management of action plans and budgets related to buildings; * Support the management of contracts and services provided by service providers in areas such as maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping; ensuring the coordination of activities and the achievement of objectives; * Participate in the daily management of buildings, identifying, reporting, and managing the resolution of operational issues, maintenance, and supplier services; * Plan and organize technical visits, inspections, and interventions; * Participate in defining and implementing improvements to buildings and facilities, including negotiating with suppliers, analyzing proposals, monitoring interventions, and controlling costs; * Analyze and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; * Prepare reports and supporting documents for negotiations and decisions, update control charts, databases, and activity reports; * Support the implementation of procedures and safety, health, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements; * Act as a liaison between technical teams and building users, ensuring the coordination of activities and the achievement of objectives; Participate in the organization of initiatives If this sounds like the kind of challenge you would enjoy, we’d love to hear from you!
