We seek a responsible professional who represents the restaurant at Rua da Picaria 55, Porto, Portugal, and communicates fluently in English with international customers. Contract: Fixed-term; Category: Employee; Positions: 1; Shift Type: Rotating shifts; Salary: Monthly/Gross between €980 and €1400. Responsibilities: prepare and serve beverages and cocktails according to quality standards and recipes; operate POS systems, manage cash handling, and issue receipts; ensure food hygiene and safety (HACCP); control inventory, receive deliveries, and manage stock; collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams, maintain an organized and efficient bar area; provide personalized service, promote sales, and suggest pairings.
