Job Function Description A carpentry and custom furniture manufacturing company seeks a Painting/Finishing Technician to join its production team. The professional will be responsible for finishing processes of bespoke furniture, ensuring high quality standards, technical precision, and aesthetic excellence. Main Responsibilities: • Perform painting and finishing tasks on bespoke furniture; • Operate painting and finishing equipment (spray gun, spray booth, drying oven); • Apply lacquers, varnishes, enamels, and other technical finishes; • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards; • Conduct visual inspections and corrective finishing actions whenever necessary; • Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Required Profile: • Proven experience in painting and finishing within the carpentry or furniture sector; • Solid knowledge of materials, paints, lacquers, and finishing processes; • Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality; • Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously carry out tasks; • Responsibility, organization, and care for equipment and materials.
