A well-established and highly reputable brand in the bathroom construction materials sector, headquartered in the Porto region, is recruiting a commercial assistant as part of an intensive corporate expansion process currently underway. If you possess strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and seek a stable opportunity with growth potential, this position is for you! * Provide in-person and/or telephone customer service, ensuring proper handling and routing of customer orders and/or requests; * Support assigned external sales teams by assisting and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed to ensure optimal performance of the role, with the aim of meeting customer needs. * Monitor and develop the customer portfolio, striving for customer satisfaction and increased order volume; * Conduct remote formal/informal prospecting activities targeting potential customers and prepare commercial proposals; * Conduct remote negotiation processes with customers to advance business objectives; * Verify order compliance against quoted values (in cases involving manufacturing of new components not currently in production); * Monitor the production and delivery process to ensure timely fulfillment of agreed delivery deadlines; **REQUIREMENTS** * **Minimum 3 years of professional experience in identical roles (mandatory);** * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * **Strong aptitude for commercial activities and sales;** * Versatility, dynamism, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. **CONDITIONS** * Base salary + meal allowance; * Opportunities for professional development and initial/ongoing training; * Other benefits currently in effect at the company.
