Responsibilities: Set tables and ensure space organization prior to service Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of materials and utensils Greet guests, take orders, and advise on menu and wine selections Serve food and beverages, ensuring correct presentation and sequence Monitor guest experience and report dissatisfaction to the Head Waiter Process payments and issue receipts per established procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff and Head Waiter as part of a team Participate in the execution of special events Profile: Completion of secondary education (12th grade) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Prior experience in kitchen service, restaurant, and bar operations Knowledge in food and beverage service Strong understanding of HACCP principles Good command of English Knowledge of enology Basic user-level computer skills Familiarity with hotel management software Professional appearance Strong communication skills Organizational and execution capabilities Ability to work effectively in a team Offer: Part-Time employment Flexible working arrangements Additional vacation days Various benefits and perks Partnerships and discounts on our products Opportunities for internal mobility and professional advancement
