We are currently recruiting for the following profile at our Head Office in Silvalde: **Packaging Operator \- Silvalde** **Responsibilities:** * Package products according to customer specifications; * Create product identification labels; * Support in the reception and dispatch department; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; * Ensure compliance with defined quality standards; * Collaborate in process improvement, promoting continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) (preferred); * Basic computer literacy; * Teamwork spirit and commitment; * Openness to learning, dynamism, and autonomy; * Knowledge of Lean tools or experience in environments applying continuous improvement practices is valued. **Location:** Silvalde **Work regime:** 100% On-site Working hours: 08:00 \- 17:00 Gross base salary: €940/month \+ Meal allowance: €8 per working day **What we offer:** * Stability and a career development plan within a nationally and internationally renowned company in the luxury segment.
