An essential role in managing and developing human capital **RED \- Relvados e Equipamentos Desportivos Lda** is currently strengthening its team by integrating a **Human Resources Technician**, who will play an essential role in managing and developing the company's human capital. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes; * Identification of training needs and management of training plans; * Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts; * Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in the HR area; * Support for organizational development and internal best practices; * Monitoring of OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) and Occupational Medicine processes; * Management and control of attendance records, absences, holidays, and other personnel records; * Support for organizational development, improvement of internal procedures, and best practices in people management. **Desired Profile:** * Dynamic, proactive individual with strong team spirit; * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resource Management** (preferred); * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in similar roles**; * Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office** and **ERP Primavera** (preferred); * Driver’s license; * Fluency in English (an advantage); * Immediate availability. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company, leader in its industry; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Continuous training and opportunities for professional advancement; * Access to the company’s current benefits.
